Sports and Entertainment Marketing Ticketing Associate

The Sports & Entertainment Marketing team (S&E) manages the firm's marquee sponsorships for the firm.

Few examples include Madison Square Garden, Chase Center and US Open tennis.

Partnerships, such as venues, teams, and events, are managed centrally by the S&E team to serve the needs of businesses and initiatives across JPMorgan Chase.

As a S&E Marketing Ticketing Associate on the Sports and Entertainment marketing team, you will manage all aspects of ticket and suite management with sports and entertainment external partners.

You will collaborate closely with LOB contacts to meet the businesses' client hosting objectives.

You should enjoy working as part of a team, & independently while managing responsibilities and improving processes and operations.

Job Responsibilities:


* Coordinate with venues on event requests and receipt of tickets


* Allocating tickets based on priorities and demand while working with internal partners


* Placing orders in the firm's ticket management system


* Support mobile ticket distribution


* Coordinate remaining inventory to meet business needs for internal business groups, BRGs and employee purchase


* Support team in ticket management for high priority events such as US Open Tennis


* Manage purchase cards, manage budgets, pay invoices, guide renewal conversations, receive budget approval


* Update procedures and Controls requirements to ensure firm follows all requirements


* Provide analysis and management reporting


* Improve processes and lead improvements to operations


* Coordinating ticket coverage includes properties nationwide and some ticket troubleshooting, some flexibility needed to cover venues and LOB needs based on event schedule.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* BA/BS degree and two plus years related work experience


* Excellent organizational and project management skills.


* High attention to detail and accuracy.


* Demonstrated proficiency in operations and transaction accuracy


* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Access


* Familiarity with databases or content management systems


* Experience working with client facing LOBs


* Superior verbal and written communication skills


* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and develop partnerships


* Strong work ethic and highly motivated
