P&A Project Manager - Associate

As an Associate - Project Manager, you will support technology-related projects and assist with various initiatives and business transformation efforts.
You will help coordinate end-to-end project execution for P&A and Controllers-related projects, including managing project plans, gathering requirements, supporting design and testing, and tracking dependencies, risks, issues, and benefits realization.
Working closely with different Line of Business (LOB) leads, you will develop a foundational understanding of each project and related business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
You should possess strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrate sound judgment, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
A background in Finance and/or Technology is preferred.
You will support Line of Business teams in implementing initiatives across Finance's strategic architecture, focusing on platforms for planning and forecasting (e.g., Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, Revenues, Expenses, Headcount) and contributing to Data Transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
* Assisting in the management of multiple projects within the P&A and Controllers organizations.
This includes helping to define scope, track project plans and timelines, and support the resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies.
Assist in generating management information systems (MIS) reports.
* Supporting effective communication and collaboration among work streams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
* Maintaining client relationships by providing consistent and reliable support to ensure a positive client experience.
* Helping organize project updates and maintain project scorecards to track progress and performance.
* Working with business leads to gather and document business requirements, supporting the delivery of successful project outcomes.
* Assisting in the UAT process, including helping to define test strategies and test cases, and coordinating with Lines of Business for testing.
* Supporting the documentation of operating model considerations, including process flows and touchpoints.
* Assisting in the development of training materials and support training sessions for end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
* At least 4+ years of project management or business analysis experience, with exposure to supporting large-scale projects and initiatives.
