We are in search of a highly skilled Lead Data Solution Engineer/Architect to join our Transformation Program team, dedicated to overhauling the core policy administration system for our Personal Lines Insurance division.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the design and implementation of innovative data architectures that support business objectives and enhance data utilization across the enterprise.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our data foundation is robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

In this role, you will:


* Lead the design and development of comprehensive data architecture strategies to support the modernization of the core policy administration system


* Establish architectural standards and guidelines for the creation, usage, and maintenance of data across the Personal Lines Insurance division


* Design data integration processes that enable seamless data flow between systems, applications, and stakeholders


* Develop and promote a strong data management framework, emphasizing data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory requirements


* Collaborate with Data Modelers to create data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to represent the core policy administration system's data structures and relationships


* Architect meta-data management processes to ensure data lineage, data definitions, and ownership are well-documented and understood


* Collaborate closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals


* Act as a primary point of contact for data architecture discussions and inquiries from various stakeholders


* Lead the implementation of data architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to improve efficiency and scalability
