Maintenance Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager that has a demonstrated work history that shows a pattern of continuous improvement and focus to keep production machinery running at a peak level of performance and provide related services to support the plant in reaching its goal of excellence.
Within the maintenance department strategies and processes need to be developed or enforced to facilitate the maintenance of equipment and facilities which includes HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, engineering, building maintenance, welding, and fabrication while maintaining the safety of fellow employees, the community, and the environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is responsible for strategic planning, budget control, work management, and overall performance of the maintenance organization.
Inspect the facility, hire other maintenance professionals, order parts and equipment, record daily maintenance activity within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP), delegate work responsibilities, contact service providers and contractors, and prepare work schedules.
