What will you be doing in this position? Preventive maintenance management for production equipment, Support in corrective maintenance of the equipment.
Monitoring and compliance with department KPIs.
Technical support in automated equipment.
Execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects to improve productivity.
Definition of predictive maintenance Manage.
TPM in processes and increase equipment efficiency and availability Qualifications.
* Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
* Manage the maintenance department according to SPS/SIM rules, to guarantee the performance of industrial equipment (OEE, MTBF, MTTR ..)
* Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance and tooling activities (for example planned maintenance programs, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimize business disruptions
* Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, well being
* Experience in PLC operations to include basic system configurations and hardware, data manipulation, data communications, advanced programming commands, interfacing, troubleshooting, application and program development.
* Manage projects CAPEX & OPEX to improve productivity

* Actively participate in 8D's root cause analysis.
* Programing with PLC to improve the machine performance
* Plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage maintenance activities
* Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
