Position Summary

The Senior Finance Manager at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Korea is responsible for leading expert individual contributors who are viewed as a valuable resource by peers, who manage large projects or processes.

Tracks the organization's financial performance, evaluates financial communication strategies, and is recognized as an expert in financial forecasting and analysis to help guide decision-making and set strategy.

[Main responsibilities]



* Instructs leaders as a subject matter expert in financial analysis and market trends.


* Consults on critical financial modeling for presentations and programs.


* Formulates solutions for companywide implementation of financial strategy to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.


* Modifies complex data into digestible information in support of strategic initiatives.


* Drives program instructing non-finance managers of best practices in budgeting process.


* Advises senior management on process of ensuring accurate forecasting and delivery.


* Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision.


* Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
