Your Responsibilities:
? Create and implement customized therapy plans to help residents reach their full potential in strength and mobility
? Monitor resident progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
? Collaborate with a dedicated care team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
? Educate and guide residents and their families through the recovery process, providing valuable support along the way

What You Bring:
? A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and colleagues
