Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans based on residents' medical conditions, dietary needs, and preferences.


* Monitor progress and adjust nutritional plans as needed.


* Provide guidance on special diets, including therapeutic and texture-modified diets.


* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to dietary services.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.


* Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and AK State licensure required.


* Experience in healthcare, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.


* Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines, therapeutic diets, and regulatory standards (CMS, state regulations).


* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
