Process Center Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose

The Process Center Leader is responsible for guide, support and be the facilitator to all members under charge.

Also includes plan, organize and lead them to comply with internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead and manage the processing center team.


* Interact with different areas to verify the quality and service provided.


* Aling and excecute department strategies.


* Guide and develop the team.


* Ensure, standarize and comply with a quality of service to all customers.


* Identify areas for improvement.


* Knowledge of all lines of business.


* Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
