Position: Executive Assistant - Schneider Legal Team

Based in Sydney, Schneider Electric is excited to offer an incredible opportunity to join our Legal team as an Executive Assistant! You will play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel for the Pacific Zone and the VP, Regional General Counsel & Compliance Asia Pacific.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will have the chance to develop your skills while providing essential administrative support, including:


* Diary Management: Organize day-to-day schedules effectively.


* File Management: Collaborate on document organization and formatting.


* Invoice and Expense Management: Handle travel bookings and manage expenses.


* Event & Project Coordination: Assist with small events and projects.


* Corporate Secretarial Support: Prepare minutes and file documentation with ASIC.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, procurement, and external vendors.


* Digital Innovation: Support the legal team in maximizing digital tools for streamlined processes.

Key Skills:


* Legal Exposure: Experience with an in-house legal team is a plus, but not required!


* Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and intermediate Excel.


* Communication: Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.


* Agility: Ability to manage conflicting priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.


* Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and engaging with senior stakeholders.


* Curiosity: Interest in expanding skills in paralegal support.
