Position Title: IT Support Administrator

Touchstone Advanced Composites is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Support Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with basic IT knowledge and a passion for solving technical issues.

Target Responsibilities

* Provide first-level support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.


* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.


* Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and passwords.


* Monitor and respond to support requests via the helpdesk system in a timely and efficient manner.


* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security checks.


* Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and projects.


* Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and user guides.


* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.


* Assist in training employees on basic IT skills and best practices.


* Participate in the design and implementation of IT processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and security.


* Assist with the implementation of CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements.

 

Required Skills and Experience


* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field with less than 2 years of IT support experience.


* In lieu of a degree, two plus years of hands-on experience with systems, network, and infrastructure administration.


* Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.


* Ability to handle and resolve escalated network and server support issues independently and with minimal supervision.


* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively, proactively, and independently to meet stakeholder needs and related IT deadlines.


* Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Android tablets.


* Familiarity with common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
