Job Description

The Advanced Clinical Innovation Specialist (APAC) will be responsible for designing, implementing and conducting comprehensive advanced training programs on our existing and future product portfolio, product enhancements and new indications with a focus for cardiology and surgical products and innovations.

They are the cardiac and surgical subject matter expert for the APAC clinical field teams and customers, providing on-site resource during cases in OR and/or Cathlab, and participating in customer events such as conferences and educational events throughout APAC.

The ACIS will consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

They will work directly with the Associate Director - Education & Training and the Country Sales Leader to assess educational needs, develop training plans, execute training initiatives for cardiology and surgical products.

Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to achieve the shared goal of continuously improve patient outcomes, drive therapy adoption and enhancing clinical best practices.

The role will also provide routine case support, ICU, OR and CCU Training.

Additionally, the trainer will update and develop training content to support both internal clinical teams and external healthcare professionals.
