What's the role?
As a Lab Technician you get to work with an impactful team that plays a vital role in quality assurance, production and manufacturing.

Here's what you'll do:


* Qualifies and inspects products to ensure compliance with CZV specifications and standards.


* Maintains appropriate written and / or computer documentation.


* Maintains a clean and safe work environment.


* Works within a specific area and may be cross-trained to work in other areas.


* Works in different workstations or product lines as production needs require.


* Participates in meetings to enhance departmental communication and efficiency.


* Trains peers.

Do you qualify?


* Required: HSD / GED / Equivalent Experience


* Required: 0 - 2 years related experience


* Preferred: Manufacturing experience


* Ability to follow safety guidelines with the ability to identify and understand safety items


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task production environment


* Exceptional attendance record


* Honest, dependable and able to follow directions either written or verbal


* Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and approach to work


* Patience to fully see the task through is a must


* Analytical and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work in a team setting or independently, as needed


* Customer Service Mindset


* Desire to learn


* Ability to read English and identify numbers


* Good verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate with other associates in a clear, concise manner


* Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work overtime when needed


* Preferred:


* May require vision and / or color hue recognition testing (Required for tinters)


* General office/computer experience


* Basic knowledge of frame and lenses


* Manufacturing skill set
