We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our ERLR North America leadership team, where collaboration is key to delivering innovative HR solutions aligned with business needs.

As a critical leader in the team, you will manage complex grievance investigations, partner with Employment Law Counsel, and collaborate across HR functions.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Employee and Labor Relations who can lead initiatives, enhance team capabilities, and serve as a change agent within the organization.

* Partner with business leaders and BUHR to define the most effective and efficient ERLR strategies


* Maintaining the highest standards of Our Credo in our ERLR activities and the employee experience


* Manage assigned operational activities to achieve target key performance indicators, service and operational level agreements.


* Guarantee prompt and compliant management of intricate grievance investigations and disciplinary requests.


* Partner with Employment Law Counsel


* Collaborate effectively with other pillars of HR ensuring a ONE HR approach to our stakeholders


* Offer guidance and support to Employee Relations/Labor Relations professionals.
