Alhambra Post Acute is looking for dedicated and compassionate Restorative Nursing Assistants (RNAs) to join our team! If you have a passion for helping residents regain and maintain their highest level of independence, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide restorative care to residents, including range-of-motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and mobility training.

Daily, weekly & monthly weights.

Weekly documentation of RNA program.


* Collaborate with the nursing and therapy teams to support residents' rehabilitation goals.


* Monitor and report progress to the nursing team, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:


* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, with RNA experience preferred.

Electronic health record Point Click Care.
