Scrum Master

Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Scrum Master to provide expertise to a federal client in support of their mission-critical systems in defense of our Homeland.

What You Will Do:



* The Scrum Master will facilitate and ensure the effective implementation of Agile practices.


* Foster a collaborative and productive environment for a federal client's operations.


* Play a pivotal role in guiding teams through Agile methodologies


* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:



* Active Secret Clearance is required.


* Due to agency and contract requirements, candidates must be U.S.

citizens with no dual citizenship


* This is an on-site position at a government facility.


* Requires presence on-site five days per week in Colorado Springs, CO.


* Candidates must reside within a commutable distance.


* Participation in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency page-outs is required.


* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.


* 7 + years of related experience



* Related experience supporting IT programs as a Scrum Master.
