Maximus is hiring a Case Management Supervisor to join our team on-site in Washington, DC, for the DC Family Rehousing and Stabilization Program (FRSP).

In this leadership role, you will supervise a team of case managers, ensuring the successful delivery of housing and support services to families in need.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, along with a strong background in working with disadvantaged populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure contractual obligations are met by identifying, recommending, and/or developing quality improvement strategies through the evaluation of staff performance standards and project performance measures.

- Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.

- Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency.

- Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and work closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems.

- Oversee the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work.

- Evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action.

- Ensure compliance with the company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get their rest & meal breaks.

- Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training.

- Evaluate systems and data to improve quality control and process improvements.
