Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Client Relations Manager, at our Chattanooga, TN Healthcare Laundry facility.
We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate:
* Drive client retention and satisfaction by providing field-based services and functioning as the primary “account owner” of assigned accounts.
* Drive client retention, satisfaction and expansion through the following activities:
o Higher level relationship development
o Business review presentations
o Participation of customer facility tours
o Utilization reviews for financial analysis and savings opportunities
o Expansion of SRI Healthcare product and service offerings.
o Market analyses to include target penetration and use of sales reports
o Account Planning
* Increase product penetration within existing accounts by executing existing sales planning or through identifying larger sales opportunities.
