Lead Host

The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave.

A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations.

Operate and troubleshoot reservation software.

Stay current on menu options, specialties, and menu deviation.

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience


* Use the guest name whenever possible


* Identify special occasions and extend wishes


* Be a team player.

* Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment


* Strong attention to detail and professional maturity 

Experience


* Minimum 2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience


* Previous Lead Host experience


* Strong customer service and communication skills.
