Talent Development Partner
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Talent Development Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to define and implement impactful learning and development plans.
You will also oversee partnerships with Learning Shared Services, ensuring effective collaboration and operational efficiency, while being responsible for process standardization, improvement, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to design and deliver comprehensive learning and development plans that address both current and future skills needs.
* Be an active participant in the strategic workforce planning for to identify, implement and drive learning & upskilling initiatives aligned with overarching business goals.
* Deploy global learning programs in the region.
* Collaborate with team members to create and update career and professional development resources.
* Manage partnerships with Learning Shared Services to drive collaboration, efficiency, and performance monitoring.
* Ensure standardization and continuous enhancement of all learning and development initiatives.
* Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging employees across the organization to prioritize their development.
* Ensure adherence to learning governance and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
* Effectively manage the learning budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning.
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
