We are searching for the best talent for Senior Analyst, North America Benefit Operations to be in Bogotá, Colombia

You will be responsible for:

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly administration processes of the Company's outsourced benefits service administrators across North America
• Handle benefits-related complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests and assume ownership of transferred/escalated issues from internal and external business partners
• Research and review any potential service delivery issues or concerns with internal and external business partners
• Act as subject matter expert to review employee-facing communications and document processes for the Company's benefit plans and programs across North America
• Provide detailed analytical support to the Total Rewards team including extensive research, ad hoc analysis of data, and recommendation-making
• Partner with the internal and external business partners responsible for benefit programs and services to ensure that associated processes are managed and delivered per policies, program requirements and contract terms
• Manage the development, review and update of healthcare policy and program documentation.

(e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Process Flows, Summary Plan Descriptions, etc.), to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of policies, plans, programs and processes
• Support major projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings
• Conduct reviews and testing of benefits administration employee-facing systems and carrier claims systems
