DePuy Synthes, a market-leading Medical Devices business within Johnson & Johnson, has an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst within the MedTech Principal Operations, Centre of Excellence (MTPO COE).

This role is supply chain focused, with the opportunity to gain exposure across the organization.

Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, this Senior Financial Analyst position operates in a dynamic global environment delivering timely, compliant reporting for WW Joint Reconstruction Profit-in-Inventory (PII) actuals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role will include the following:


* Calculating, planning and analysis of the WW Joint Reconstruction PII reserve.


* Collaborating closely with stakeholders and business partners across regions on submission and consolidation of relevant data.


* Ensuring compliance to worldwide procedures (WWP) and SOX controls.


* Creating value for the Global Ortho Plan function by developing strategies with business partners to improve efficiencies and deliver business plan targets, with a particular focus on the Joints business.


* Driving financial accountability, ensuring that the financial implications of operational decisions are considered.


* Accurate, timely, and complete financial forecasts, reports, submissions & analytics for the WW Joints PII reserve.


* Ensuring alignment & transparency between P&L and Balance Sheet assumptions relating to the PII reserve.


* Forecasting foreign currency exposure for monthly submission.
