* HS Diploma.


* Currently enrolled in a Cooperative Education Engineering program with an accredited institution.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Casting or Metal fabrication experience preferred.


* Strong communication skills.


* Works well in a team environment.


* Efficient analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.


* Proficiency of computer applications (i.e.

Microsoft Office products, graphics, and statistical analysis software).


* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.


* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.


* Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
