Role reports to: Global Functions Senior Manager

Location: Summit, NJ; Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.

This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Travel Requirement : 10%

Pay: $ 73k-$102k

What you will do

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the strategic financial leader and trusted business partner to the Head of People Function and senior leaders on their team.

This role will be responsible to perform and lead the FP&A processes related to Actual Reporting and Forecasting results for the Global People Function.

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing financial efficiencies and delivering actionable insight that support the long-term goals and value creation for Kenvue.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership


* Develop and deliver Global executive-level presentations, framing key insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business outcomes

Financial Planning and Analysis


* Lead the development, global consolidation and execution of the annual business plan and quarterly forecast updates, ensuring financial commitments are met and aligned with enterprise priorities


* Conduct Global Budget vs.

Actual (BvA) analysis to identify key variances and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement in financial performance in partnership with regional peers and business partners


* Proactively assess financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and unlock growth potential

Business Partnership and Decision Support


* Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and analytics to guide data-driven decision-making
