What You Will Do

KAM will be responsible for the management and development of key customers in the area of pharmacy chains and distributors.

Managing entrusted customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

He will identify business opportunities that contribute to the company's growth.

He will closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to uphold high service standards.

He will be accountable for and manage the performance of entrusted customers in sales, trade marketing, and costs.

He will plan strategy and negotiate annual agreements with pharmacy chains and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Management and development of key customers in the pharmaceutical market, focusing on pharmacies and distributors.

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

• Identification of business opportunities in the pharmaceutical market.

• Close collaboration with internal departments, including Sales, Brand and Shopper Marketing, and the BI team.

• Negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation with clients.

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and data.

• Preparing and presenting business proposals.

• Ensuring high service standards for customers.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes.

• Creating, monitoring, and being accountable for the implementation and delivery of sales plans for entrusted customers.

• Managing the company's product portfolio with entrusted customers.

• Ensuring regular orders with pharmacy distributors and delivery of plans.

• Preparing and managing marketing and promotional offers for the offline and online pharmacy market.

• Processing sell-in and sell-out data from customers.

• Reviewing, processing, and approving customer billing.
