Sr Mgr Strategy Communications, Surgery

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Strategy Communications, Surgery.

This is a hybrid role with a preferred location of Raritan, NJ or Santa Clara, CA.

Our Surgery business is the worldwide market leader, shaping what's next in surgery and delivering a portfolio of surgical technologies, robotics, and digital solutions with the goal of improving access to safe surgery for patients around the world.

Reporting to the Director, Global Strategic Communications, Surgery, this critical role will lead strategy communications for the Surgery business, articulating the business strategy, value proposition, and messaging in support of priorities today and future vision for Surgery and extending this work across all relevant internal and external audiences.

Partnering directly with senior leaders across Johnson & Johnson MedTech's surgery business, this role will provide strategic counsel and guide internal and external campaigns reaching employees, media, customers, and investor audiences.

Working with a global team as well as with agency and contractor resources, this role will deliver programs in strategic message development, portfolio communications, employee communications, and change management.

This high-visibility position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in the highly-regulated healthcare industry, strategic internal and external communications, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:


* Lead strategic communications for the Surgery business, articulating a clear strategy, value proposition, and messaging in support of the business priorities today and future vision for Surgery and extending this work across all relevant internal and external audiences.


* Serve as a valued counselor to a team of leaders across Strategy, R&D, Supply Chain, Business Development, HR, Commercial, and Finance to connect business objectives with communications outcomes.


* Drive a comprehensive internal and external communications program for the global organization, connecting the transformation programs, business strategy and landmark moments back to partners.


* Partner across the J&J enterprise, working with the change management leaders and coordinating with other Surgery, region, and sector communications leaders to connect global strategy to in-market thought leadership opportunities and localization of global employee communications programs and lead issues as needed.
