We are searching for the best talent for IMSC External Warehousing Category (Americas Region) to be in São Paulo or São José dos Campos.

Purpose: Procurement is a key enabler in driving and supporting Johnson & Johnson's growth.

Being a part of the procurement organization, the incumbent in this role will be driving and/or supporting all aspects of spend performance such as reliability, innovation, cost, supply network readiness, and corporate citizenship goals while collaborating with the wider procurement and supply chain community.

The Procurement Manager will support all aspects of strategic & tactical sourcing initiatives for Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, including regional deliver and manufacturing warehousing spend, and support some additional x-category stakeholder/supplier activities relating packaging & chemicals spend.

This spend is highly sophisticated in nature and requires a close collaboration with partners within the business to implement.

You will be responsible for :



* Create and implement sourcing strategies to ensure high quality, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness, gain alignment from partners, lead cross-functional, category-based negotiation teams, and implement appropriate supplier risk analysis.


* Proactively engage business partners to develop and implement sourcing strategy, in particular with Innovative Medicine supply chain and regional teams, to guarantee the best sourcing solution to meet current / future business and operational requirements


* Develop strategy through Business needs assessment, Market intelligence, understanding of external market trends, supplier evaluations and sourcing choices


* Develop a supplier regional portfolio strategy to leverage supplier agreements/volumes, optimize use of global vs regional suppliers, increase supply base diversification and reduce complexity.
