Major Responsibilities:


* • Marketing strategy and execution: Lead U.S.

marketing strategy and activation for J&J nursing, including National Nurses Month, media targeting diverse, prospective students, and paid search.

Leveraging rich learning from prior years to inform approach and partner closely with media planning agency and internal teams to deliver with excellence on multi-touchpoint campaigns.


* US and global nursing strategy: Work closely with the Global Nursing Initiatives Marketing Director to shape and optimize the J&J global nursing strategy, ensuring work rolls up to the broader J&J Global Health Equity strategy helping to deliver on reputation and HCW impact.


* • Creative and campaign development: Lead development of insight generation, creative messaging and assets for 2026 paid media campaigns.

Partner with insights team and agency partners to develop best-in-class impactful, insight-driven, audience-first messaging that advocates for nursing profession and highlights J&J support.
