What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide and excellent customer experience by professionally handling calls, verifying caller information, and resolving routine issue, while being positive, professional, and able to move from one call to another while making the caller feel as if s/he is the most important caller of the day.

What You'll Bring


* Strong communication and active listening skills


* Attention to detail and accuracy in handling caller information


* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field


* Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly


* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace


* An understanding of excellent customer care concepts


* Proficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software)


* Good communication skills both written and oral


* Ability to communicate professionally with customers


* Ability to handle private and confidential information


* A work ethic that demonstrates dependability


* Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks

Bonus points if you have:


* Work experience in a call center


* Good conflict resolution skills

Your Schedule

We currently have the following full-time shifts available:


* Tuesday through Saturday from 2 pm to 10 pm


* Sunday through Thursday from 3 pm to 11 pm
