COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

Engineer Pay Range: $106,500 - $123,700

Engineer II Pay Range: $88,000 - $98,000

Engineer I Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000

SPP is dedicated to preventing power outages and optimizing the performance of engineering applications critical to Real-Time Market Operations and system reliability.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the reliability and economic efficiency of electric service, particularly during Real-Time Market Operations, and ensuring the integrity of our Market and the Bulk Electric System.

As an Engineer in real-time operations you will:


* Responsible for conducting engineering analysis and providing real-time support for critical engineering applications and processes.


* Conducting engineering analysis and providing real-time support for engineering applications, processes, and services related to Coordinated Operations responsibilities.


* Ensuring the reliability of the Western Interconnect through effective engineering decision-making, particularly in high-pressure situations.
