Operational Marketing Manager - Carlton Cannes

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing, Communication and PR team as our Operational Marketing Manager.

You will work closely with our MCP department, to support and implement the team’s strategy.

In this role, you will focus on ensuring the smooth execution of Marketing plans, handling day-to-day tasks, and optimizing ongoing projects.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Designing and implementing marketing strategies to improve the hotel's visibility and brand awareness among consumers.
•    Managing and coordinating advertising and promotional initiatives to achieve set objectives.
•    Organizing and managing promotional events and communication campaigns (internal & external).
•    Ensuring that the hotel's advertising and promotional messages are consistent.
•    Participating in drawing up and implementing budget plans for marketing and advertising strategies.
•    Analyzing and interpreting statistical data and market trends.
•    Implementing customer loyalty and attraction plans for all operational departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

To successfully fill this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: 

•    Master’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
•    2+ years of experience in Marketing, Communication, PR, or a similar role.
•    Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
•    Perfect command of English required.
•    Experience with social media management, press relations and content production.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•    Proficiency in communication tools 
•    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
