Linen Room Scrub Machine Technician

Position Title: ScrubEx Scrub Machine Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a ScrubEx Scrub Machine Technician.

Position Summary:
The ScrubEx Scrub Machine Technician is responsible for managing the client's scrub dispensing and collection needs throughout the facility.

This role involves the careful handling and maintenance of ScrubEx machines to ensure efficient operation and prevent cross-contamination.

The technician serves as the primary liaison between the company and the client, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:


* Transport clean linen in covered carts to designated areas and collect soiled linen from various locations.


* Verify and document linen quantities for delivery and conduct linen inventory as required.


* Operate and maintain ScrubEx scrub dispensing machines, ensuring they are stocked with clean scrubs and collecting soiled scrubs for processing.


* Address and resolve client issues promptly, communicating effectively with supervisors regarding client concerns and machine performance.


* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent support.


* Uphold quality standards and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.


* Adhere to established procedures and institutional requirements, following all safety procedures and policies.


* Perform general clerical duties such as typing and answering phones.


* Comply with Joint Commission Standards.


* Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or GED.


* 1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or similar industries.


* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


* Positive attitude with leadership capabilities.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
