Pay: $70,000 annually, 15% bonus potential (paid quarterly), $800+ referral bonus available, paid holidays

As a Sales Manager (Dual Property) you will:
* Review with Home Office, establish and maintain all contractual agreements for group room blocks.
* Develop and grow various markets of transient travel through negotiated terms such as corporate or medical segments.
* Develop wholesale relationships that compliment the overall hotel strategy.
* Solicit all market segments by using phone, in-person visits, trade shows, email, and other strategies.
* Match or exceed goals relating but not limited to revenue, sales prospecting, etc.
* Establish and maintain all contractual agreements for meetings (catering) facilities.
* Maintain and grow established relationships through account management, including but not limited to new, existing, and top level accounts.
* Manage maintenance of all meeting rooms, equipment, and beverages for catering. Work with other departments to service the meeting space under their guidance.
* Responsible for weekly Function Information Sheets regarding specific departmental duties for events.
* Provide hotel site inspections for meetings, groups, conventions and all other markets.
* Responsible for posting all payments for group rooms and meetings.
* Maintain Corporate file maintenance with General Manager.
* Maintain daily activity records, account visits, etc., using company procedures and policies.
* Develop Marketing and Sale Promotional ideas and strategies targeting need periods with with Sales & Operations Manager and Home Office.
* Maintain pro-active sales and marketing plans with Sales & Operations Manager and Home Office.
* Work with the General Manager to prepare the department budget and overall sales objectives and strategies of the hotel.
* Maintain good communications with other depratments regarding promotional and group activities impacting the hotel.
* Participate in weekly staff and sales meetings to review upcoming groups or events that may impact the hotel.
* Ensure that current and prospective client databases are maintained and that files are kept current and accessible.
* Ensure that overall system-wide sales policies/strategies and programs are followed.
* Utilize best practices of Revenue Management by working closedly with Revenue Manager, including rate reviews, high impact dates and other revenue optimization practices.
