We are adding to our team and hiring an MDS Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and oversee the timely and accurate completion of Resident Assessment Instruments (RAIs) in compliance with state and federal regulations.

This includes facilitating interdisciplinary care planning, ensuring proper Medicare utilization review, and mentoring staff to maintain a high standard of care and documentation.

Under new administration and nursing leadership, we are seeking an experienced and eager MDS Coordinator for our existing team.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Coordinates all required Resident Assessment Instruments (RAI) per state and federal regulations to ensure timely completion.

• Timely, accurate completion of all aspects of nursing portions of required RAIs.

• Timely transmission of all required RAIs per state and federal regulations.
