Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer, Inc.

is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Project Manager to facilitate validation phase of server product development.

As the validation project manager, you will be responsible for driving daily activities and tracking weekly project progress.

You will be utilizing your problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables and task completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job included but not limited to:


* Act as a single validation contact point to assigned validation project(s)


* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain project requirements and deliverables


* Review requests for product eligibility of system compatibility testing


* Responsible for cross-functional team communication, task execution and weekly status monitoring of project(s)


* Work with related teams to maintain and generate system qualified component list (QCL) during product development stage


* Host meeting with internal database developers for test site(s) issue review and feature enhancements


* Collaborate with internal teams for continuous process improvement and software tool enhancements


* Continual knowledge development of current and new server products and technology

Qualifications:



* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field is preferred


* Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management


* Minimum of 1 years of experience in servers/computer industry is preferred


* Knowledge of product development processes


* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and delegate with cross-functional teams


* Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities


* Proficiency in presentation and spreadsheet software

Salary Range

$66,560- $117,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
