Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred.
Starting pay for this position is $15/hr

Your Responsibilities as a Admin Researcher/Dispatcher:
* Route damage locate tickets to USIC staff, customers and contractors; make changes as necessary
* Receive calls and e-mails with damage ticket information from One Call center, customer or contractor, and complete timely dispatch of the tickets to the appropriate USIC staff
* Answer calls, investigate associated ticket, and relay information back to the homeowner
* Prepare tickets for billing, faxing standby sheets to customers, and other administrative tasks
* Research prints by using multiple utility programs
* Identify various utilities; e.g.
water mains, gas mains, electric, etc.
* Research and attach service grids to tickets or packets
* Provide general data entry support

What we need from you! (Our requirements):
* High school education or GED required; some college preferred
* Data entry experience preferred
* Ability to utilize computers and other office equipment
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook
* Excellent customer service and organizational skills
* Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a multi-line phone system environment
