We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operations in a fully remote capacity working Monday thru Friday.

This role is open to candidates residing within drivable distance between our Milwaukee, WI and Madison, WI office locations, and offers the opportunity to oversee key processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leadership, process improvement, and achieving organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure project compliance with all operational requirements of the contract as well as corporate policies.

- Manage Customer Service and Outreach Programs.

- Manage all project tasks to ensure cost-effective operations.

- Supervise subcontractors that provide services to programs.

- Oversee audits of operations.

- Produce monthly client and ad hoc reporting as needed.

- Collaborate with other Managers to ensure effective coordination of activities.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in collaboration with other key stakeholders.

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
