Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting, and light construction.
- Work with contractors on building and equipment repairs.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Conduct audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences.
- Manage waste and ensure proper recycling and shredding.
- Oversee landscaping activities, including the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas, and the removal of trash and snow.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements

- High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience.
- May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
- Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
- Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.

- Reliable transportation will be needed in order to travel to our Milwaukee office locations
