Purpose: The incumbent in this position will be responsible for working directly with customers and business units (sales, marketing, finance) to collect, verify, and maintain Customer Master Data (CMD), ensuring the accuracy, integrity, completeness and high-quality Customer Master Data (CMD).

Location:  Warsaw, Poland

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Process Expertise & Business Partnership


* Effectively apply for creation new customers and changes to existing customer profiles (address, contact details, payment information, etc.) into the SAP system by providing requests.


* Collaborate with regional and other business units (sales, marketing, finance) to verify, maintain and ensure the accuracy of Customer Master Data.


* Communicate with customers or Affiliate to verify information and resolve any errors or conflicts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


* Ensure all customer data entries comply with internal control requirements, company policies, legal regulations, and data privacy laws.


* Support internal/external audits of customer master data for consistency and accuracy.


* Ensure the privacy and security of sensitive customer information.


* Prepare regular reports on the status of new customer activations and data updates.


* Provide ongoing customers’ support, resolving issues through phone, email.


* Assist customers in ensuring their Customer Master Data is properly set up and aligned with their needs.


* Contribute to improving data management processes, tools, and technologies.


* Identify opportunities for streamlining customer data management and reporting.
