The Design Strategy Director oversees the comprehensive brand identity, design, and packaging experience for our iconic billion-dollar brands within the assigned business unit.

This leader ensures the consistent delivery of visual identity across all brands and spearheads breakthrough initiatives in brand design, packaging, and product aesthetics.

By driving end-to-end design excellence, the Design Strategy Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing the consumer experience and maintaining the brand’s market-leading position.

In this role, you will:


* Lead the development and implementation of a cohesive design vision for the assigned business unit, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and enhancing the total consumer experience.


* Implement the design vision across all consumer touchpoints, including product development, marketing, and packaging, to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience.


* Oversee the transformation of packaging design from concept to execution, ensuring innovative and high-quality outcomes that elevate the brand.


* Partner with creative and digital teams to maintain a consistent design vision across all communication touchpoints, ensuring cohesive and effective brand messaging.


* Cultivate and manage relationships with design agencies, ensuring K-C partners with best-in-class agencies to achieve superior design outcomes.


* Oversee and mentor a team of three packaging and artwork professionals, fostering their development and ensuring high performance in delivering design excellence.
