Essential Duties and Responsibilities


*  Manages the development, implementation, and performance of Bank events and community outreach programs.

Includes both small and large events e.g.

parades, festivals, sporting events, etc.


* Oversees and facilitates internal Bank events including customer engagement initiatives (e.g.

customer appreciation) and employee celebrations (e.g.

Christmas party).


* Works to build a volunteer base for events.


* Responsible for event staffing and ensuring staff is fully aware of event goals and objectives.


* Sets objectives and expectations for all outreach activities and reports results to the Customer and Community Engagement Manager.


* Builds and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders and external community partners.


* Responsible for vetting and responding to all donations and sponsorship requests in accordance with established guidelines with the Customer and Community Engagement Manager.


* Effectively tracks and operates within the event, sponsorship, and donation budgets.


* Responsible to review and maintain sponsorship, donation, and event related contracts to ensure maximum exposure for First Federal.

Identifies opportunities within existing contracts to generate additional exposure for benefit to First Federal or its communities.

Actively seeks new partnerships that help advance the Bank’s mission.


*  Responds to community engagement inquiries, this may involve contacting and coordinating a subject matter expert to assist.


* Provide input and helps organize publicity of bank events, donations, and sponsorships.


* Work with the City of Twin Falls for needs of the First Federal Park.


* Assists the First Federal Foundation Board to execute biannual giving programs.


* Oversees and manages the First Fed Difference Award program.
