Intern, Digital Life Innovation - Business Administration

This is a full-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from February 10, 2025 through September 19, 2025 in Mountain View, CA.

Key Responsibilities:


* Responsible for independently handling assigned projects, including but not limited to trend scouting, conduction surveys as well as top management presentations on various topics relevant to Digital Life in Automotive


* Conduct research on consumer industry trends and provide insights for decision making e.g.

in the field of AI/LLM


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in implement/integrate/test digital products within and outside of the vehicle e.g.

Embedded Android, App, Cloud


* Assist and analyze/optimize business process within the team and office area


* Provide administrative and organizational support for business tasks e.g.

in partnering topics, financial planning and purchasing

Requirements:


* Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university


* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)


* Have completed at least 60 college credit hours at time of application


* Field of study: Business Informatics or related field


* Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript


* Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)


* Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)


* Experience in Business Management


* Open and good communication skills, self organized


* Some technology know-how and interests e.g.

AI, LLM


* Basic experience in Customer / Partner relationship management e.g.

marketing or advertisement areas


* Languages: English (fluent, oral and written), German skills welcome

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $27.50

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $35

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate.
