What you’ll be doing 

Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, North America, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Director to join our growing team, building strategy and integration for Services Sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers.  

 

Your focus will be on selling services such as implementation, consulting, and ongoing support to ensure our customers maximize the value of our software solutions. 

This is a hybrid position, in-office 3 days per week.

 

Key Responsibilities 


* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed services sales targets. 



* Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers, as well as partners, to align our services offerings with their business / customer challenges. 



* Solution Selling: Collaborate with internal teams and partners to craft tailored service solutions, including implementation, integration, training, and support packages. 



* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting of sales activity and results. 



* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to align service offerings with client needs and ensure successful delivery. 



* Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth. 

 

Basic Qualifications we’re seeking 


* 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology services sector. 



* Working knowledge of selling software services, including implementation, consulting, training, and support 



* Enterprise sales (Tier 1 & 2) experience  



* A technical background and / or deep working knowledge of SDLC. Â...
