Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Talent Management team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including performance management, talent development, and talent communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of performance management tools and processes.
Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
Talent Development:Support the design and delivery of talent development programs.
Assist in tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Talent Communities:Support the management and engagement of talent communities.
Assist in organizing and facilitating community events and activities.
Contribute to the development of community strategies and plans.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Management team, including tasks like scheduling, record-keeping, and report generation.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR, talent management, and organizational development.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
