What do you get to do in this position?

+ Produces / reviews technical specifications, guarantees product performance and robustness, accountable for engineering quality and contributes to cost targets, prepares engineering deliverables and interacts with cross-functional teams to deliver end to end products.
+ Takes responsibility for management of a small electromechanics dedicated technical team and technology, as part of the new product project and/or product design.
+ Fulfill technical missions, with autonomy to propose/develop complex solutions in a technical domain.
+ Leads the different technologies for the development of new offers or the evolution of existing offers.
+ Takes responsibility for project planning, delivering on time and cost while ensuring policies and procedures are rigorously followed.

This job might be for you if:


* 8 or more years of experience in product development.

Designing electromechanical products or in the energy management industry.


* Engineering degree.


* Proficiency in creation of FMEA, FTA, DfS&R, DFM, Risk Analysis, V&V, Tolerance stack analysis and GD&T.


* Understanding of policies and regulations applicable to electromechanical products or the energy management industry.


* Proficiency in CAD software, CREO is preferred.


* Strong and diverse knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials properties for development of sheet metal parts, dielectric and conductive parts and plastic parts.


* Fluency in business and technical conversational English, great communication skills are essential.


* Experience in new product development gates processes, Agile (Scrum & Kanban) design processes desired.


* Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, negotiate and generate agreements.
