What do you get to do in this position?


* Deliver against assigned annual quota targets & create and maintains distributor account plan.


* Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of the channel market and competitive products with their strengths,
weaknesses and applications


* Responsible of working with internal stakeholders to deliver the best customer service.


* Execute competitive sales tactics to win business related to the account profile.


* Participate in contract negotiations


* Manage demand and qualify specific product opportunities


* Maintains accurate forecasting

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and/or account management; with a strong orientation for consultative selling, channel management and negotiation; who can work across all levels of the organization and influence key decision-makers.

The position requires strong communication, influencing and analytic skills, relationship development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Sales & Account Management


* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the electrical industry, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth


* Experience working with a large national distributor organization (B2B experience)


* Proven strong self-initiative, highly collaborative team player


* Analyze competitive space, consider impacts on strategic positioning and disruption opportunities


* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders


* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications


* Proficient with SAP


* Experience in Salesforce & Tableau


* Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
