Responsibilities:


* Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.


* Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in condition.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and implement resident care plans.


* Provide compassionate and attentive bedside care, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.


* Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

Requirements:


* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California.


* Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting; long-term care experience preferred.


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
