Halifax Health | Brooks Rehabilitation - Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation, located within Halifax Health – Medical Center of Daytona Beach, specializes in treating stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury and complex orthopedic conditions.

A full spectrum of physical and neuro rehabilitation services are provided.

 Various Therapist positions available! 

Positions available: 


* Physical Therapist - Full Time, 12 hour shift


* Physical Therapist Assistant - Full Time, 12 hour shift


* Occupational Therapist - Full Time & PRN, 12 hour shift


* Occupational Therapist Assistant -Full Time, 12 hour shift

 Responsibilities depending on position additional details can be added:


* Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs


* Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses


* Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment


* Effectively communicate both verbally and written


* Promote evidence based patient care

Qualifications:


* Current Therapy license in state of Florida 


* Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification


* Experience preferred, will consider a new grad (depending on position)


* Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
