Digital Marketing Manager - Ecommerce

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies, analytics, and customer engagement to drive traffic and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our eCommerce platform.


* Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital advertising channels.


* Bring Innovation in B2B engagement and conversion on ecommerce through optimized campaigns, channels and communication.


* Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.


* Create and manage email marketing and whatsapp campaigns to engage customers and promote products.


* Analyze website traffic and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.


* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.


* Manage social media presence, creating engaging content for internal and external customers to build a community and drive customer loyalty.


* Create newsletters, whatsapp and social media creatives for customer communication.


* Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications:


* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, in B2B, D2C or ecommerce sector preferred.


* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Adwords, email marketing, and social media marketing.


* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva).


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.


* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
