Senior Business Finance Digital Tool Expert

Overall Purpose of the Role

The Systems and Tools Experts managing Oracle are dedicated to ensuring the efficient operation and integration of critical financial and business management systems, as well as mapping codes that are crucial for the DFL, Horizon, EPM, and Unify implementations.

The Systems and Tools Experts play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting informed decision-making across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities


* Manage changes in Oracle segments and other interfaces.


* Support the Annual Prior Campaign for Secure Power, impacting related tools and systems.


* Own the SP Country P&L and related activities.


* Ensure data consistency across systems like Oracle, HFM, and G5.


* Maintain Oracle, focusing on General Ledger segments and reports.


* Lead projects for Secure Power.


* Active participation as global key user for DFL deployment for Secure Power Division


* Collaborate and build relationships with Corporate, Ops, Digital Innovation Technology and other departments.


* Active participation in the transformation initiatives of the center and global


* Attend financial/cadence calls


* Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your Team Lead/ Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications / Key Success Factors


* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.


* At least 8 years of relevant working experience; leadership experience is a plus.


* Exposure to a Shared Services or multinational environment is an advantage.


* Advanced knowledge and experience in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is preferred.


* Advanced experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is required.


* Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


* Strong analytical and research capabilities, with problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking.


* Ability to independently organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, leading to informed recommendations.


* Continuous improvement mindset, focused on increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product or service iteration.


* Detail-oriented with a proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies, passionate about acquiring, sharing, and disseminating new information and knowledge.


* Highly organized and self-driven to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
